This is the date by which all edited media must be delivered in full to Air to Ground Media.

1. Scope of Work

The Contractor agrees to perform the services outlined in this assignment for Air to Ground Media ("AGM") at the property listed above. All work — including photography, videography, drone footage, editing, and any other deliverables specified — must be completed to AGM's professional quality standards as communicated during the briefing or noted in the assignment instructions.

2. Delivery Timeline & Late Fee Policy

All edited media — including but not limited to photographs, video files, drone footage, and any other deliverables specified in this assignment — must be delivered in full to Air to Ground Media by the Delivery Due Date confirmed in this agreement, due at midnight of the due date.

Late Delivery Penalties

  • If all media is not delivered in full by the confirmed due date, a 25% late fee will be deducted from the Contractor's final job payout.
  • For each additional calendar day beyond the due date, an additional 5% fee per day will be applied, accumulating on the original payout amount.
  • Late fees will be applied automatically and reflected in the final payout summary provided by AGM.

If an extension is required, the Contractor must notify AGM in writing at least 24 hours prior to the due date. Extensions are granted solely at AGM's discretion and must be confirmed in writing.

3. Quality Standards

All media submitted must meet AGM's editing standards, including proper exposure, color grading, HDR blending (where applicable), and professional framing. Submissions that do not meet quality requirements will be returned for revisions, which must be completed within 48 hours of feedback being issued.

4. File Submission

All deliverables must be submitted through the AGM Contractor Portal. Delivery via direct upload to AGM or via Google Drive or Dropbox. Unauthorized channels will not be accepted unless explicitly approved in writing by AGM management.

5. Independent Contractor Status

The Contractor acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of Air to Ground Media. The Contractor is responsible for their own equipment, transportation, liability insurance, and applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All media created under this assignment is the exclusive property of Air to Ground Media and/or the client upon delivery and final payment. The Contractor shall not publish or distribute any media to other vendors without prior written consent from AGM. The Contractor retains the right to use or publish the media on their own platforms.

7. Agreement & Governing Terms

By acknowledging this agreement, the Contractor confirms they have read, understand, and agree to all terms stated herein. This agreement is effective as of the date signed and governs the specific assignment listed above.
